How To Win:
Ten brides will be invited to the Niagara Convention & Civic Centre on Saturday, October 2nd, 2010 to create a wedding cake. The bride, with her team of three helpers (i.e.bridesmaids, groom, mother) will compete to decorate the winning cake. The cakes will be judged by a panel of experts including Food Network Canada celebrity Chef Anna Olson.

The bride with the winning cake will design her $20,000 wedding day!
